This quote really resonates with me and led me to chose my business name. In Greek, "Anesi" means comfort, relaxation, and freedom from tension. This is representative of the experience that I offer through therapeutic massage. Many of the aches and pains we experience are a result of the stress of modern life. It is important to take the time, now and then, to step back from the pressures of the world, let yourself rest,  and momentarily let go of all the obligation and worry. It is only then that you can begin to truly heal the body.
